Here at Bo Firestone Trees & Gardens, we think a garden can - and should be these things.  A garden is built on the soil that you steward.  It is a piece of the larger landscape - and of your home. Gardens are a work of heart.  We believe each garden should be as unique as the people who appreciate them. 

Specializing in native, naturalistic, and cottage gardens, we love to minimize thirsty lawns and create layered plantings of climate-appropriate shrubs and perennials. 

Our process starts with a consultation. During this visit, we identify your objectives and unique style.  We also determine if you need our standard design package (to create a 36”x24” planting plan) or a different approach.

Maintenance 

Are you having trouble tackling skilled garden jobs such as fruit tree pruning or care of your native beauties? Our staff of highly-trained horticultural professionals fills the service gap that the “mow and blow” service model leaves behind.

Our clients are people who highly value their green spaces and do not want their entire garden to look like a collection of soup cans and cereal boxes!

Our team is experienced in plant selection, installation, establishment, and ongoing care - whether your pants are new or have been with you for decades.  

Whether it's a carefully timed cut-back of your lavender, sage, and ornamental grasses, pruning roses, training fruit trees, delicately shaping your Japanese maples, or making your manzanita look stunning, we provide appropriate care for each season. 

We also provide natural chemical free weed management in the form of hand pulling and mulching. 

We even do hands-on workshops to teach our clients to do it themselves!  This makes a great gift for the gardening enthusiast in your household!  

Our rates are competitive for professional fine gardening and tree care services.  We offer rates for perennial care ($75/ labor hour), tree care ($125/hr), and mixed work ($100/hr).  Hauling brush is also available for an additional disposal fee.  

With different levels of service from seasonal fine gardening, regular monthly visits, or a one-time refresh, you'll have it handled!
