Owner

Busara (Bo) Firestone

Bo is an ISA Board-Certified Master Arborist and ASCA Registered Consulting Arborist. She provides her expertise to answer your tough tree questions and serves as a Project Arborist for construction projects. Bo studied Urban Forestry at UW Stevens Point and has been working in the tree care industry since 2006.

When not working on tree reports or caretaking for her family, Bo likes to unwind by puttering around her cottage garden, enjoying a fantasy series, or playing board games.

Staff Arborist

Kaitlyn Meyer

Kaitlyn is an ISA-Certified Arborist (WE-14992A). She serves as a Project Arborist for construction projects as well as a garden designer. She is an ISA Qualified Tree Risk Assessor and Wildlife-Trained Arborist. Kaitlyn is also our office manager and schedules appointments for the team.

Kaitlyn went to school for Environmental Studies and has been working with plants in different forms, from designing drought-tolerant gardens with Our City Forest to managing San Jose State's campus garden.

Staff Arborist

Duncan Keller

Duncan is fascinated by the relationship between trees and human beings in built environments. He holds the credentials of ISA Certified Arborist (WE-15539A), ISA Qualified Tree Risk Assessor, and ISA Certified Urban Forest Professional. Prior to joining our team, Duncan earned his master’s degree in Environmental Studies at San Jose State University, then spent the next few years as a horticulturist and nursery professional.

Urban forestry research is among Duncan's favorite pastimes, and he often spends free time studying the trees in his hometown and making maps. When he's not in the urban forest, he enjoys identifying and photographing fungi in the woods.
