About the event
During the first portion of the class, students will learn about Cottage Garden style. We will cover the types of plants and design elements used to achieve this look. In the second half of the class, we'll get on hands-on with vision board-making for our dream gardens. Bay Area Garden Designers Bo Firestone and Kaitlyn Meyer will provide instruction as well as one-on-one feedback during the lab portion of the class. Participants may also spend the lab time work-shopping specific ideas they have with the designers. Each student goes home with their vision board, plant list, and inspiration for their cottage garden.
